Centaur Heart is a Pickup Item in Hades 2. Centaur Heart allows Melinoe to increase her maximum health. Pickup Items are 1 of the 4 types of Items that Melinoe can encounter throughout her journey. They are beneficial bonuses that she encounter through her journeys and power-up her abilities, such as Life, Magick or the different types of attacks.

Centaur Heart can be found while traversing through the different rooms and completing encounters. Players will need to find a door that possess the icon representing Centaur Heart in order to be able to find a room that rewards it.
