Mint Condition is a Boon in Hades 2. Mint Condition is a boon Melinoe can receive from the God of the Forge, Hephaestus. This boon grants the Impervious effect which makes you invulnerable upon entering a new encounter. The effect lasts for a fixed duration starting at 8 seconds for common rarity.
How to Get the Mint Condition Boon in Hades 2
- Randomly spawns from a list of Hephaestus' boons upon clearing a room players entered with Hephaestus symbol.
- As players clear any room as Melinoe, a door will be summoned with an icon displayed in its center. Depending on the icon displayed, players will know what reward to expect from the next room. Each one of the deities has a unique icon related to them.
- Alternatively, boons can also be purchased from Charon's Shop. His symbol will sometimes appear on a door, and entering it will lead to his shop where you can buy resources, Boons, upgrades, and other items in exchange for Gold.

There is a total of 4 different rarities of Boons in Hades 2. The rarer the Boon, the better (and most devastating) are its effects! With Common being the least powerful and Heroic being the best.

- It is important to note that Boons are LOST upon death, and once a new run starts, Melinoe WILL NOT possess any Boons equipped.
- Players can upgrade any Boon in Hades 2 by finding a Pom of Power, and selecting the boom they desire to upgrade. By doing so, the selected Boon will increase by a level, boosting its effects.
- When interacting with a Boon, the related deity will appear and speak a few words before leading to a screen in which 3 or more boons are displayed and players have to select 1 of them. Once one is selected, the other will be lost, and the Boon will be immediately equipped and ready to use until death, or if it is replaced with another boon in the same slot.
