Hestia is an NPC in Hades 2. Hestia is the Goddess of Flame who wears a dark robe and hides herself. She is one of the Gods that will offer you boons to aid you. The Boons she offers are all Fire-related and you can retrieve them through a door with a flame symbol in the middle.

Hestia is an NPC that is primarily found beyond the Crossroads. The chances of finding her in a chamber are random. The Flame symbol, which is surrounded by a gray background, indicates that you are about to meet Hestia and receive her boons. After you pass through her door and defeat the waves of foes that appear, her Flame sign will appear in the center of the arena. Interact with it to obtain a boon from Hestia.
About Hestia in Hades 2
Hestia is the Goddess of Flame who wears a dark robe and hides herself, with only her red glowing eyes showing. In Greek Mythology, She is the Goddess of Domestic Life, home and earth, and the flame that kept a family's home warm. Hestia was responsible for the invention of building houses and became the protector of Family peace and Happiness.
